We want you to experience your wedding rather than perform for our cameras.
For most of the day, we work quietly and instinctively., observing what is happening, anticipating moments and allowing people to behave naturally around us.
We don't manufacture emotion or repeatedly stop moments to recreate them.
When some direction will genuinely improve an image, particularly during portraits, we'll step in gently. A small adjustment. Somewhere better to stand. A little movement.
Enough to create something considered.
Never enough for the moment to stop feeling like yours.

Music does far more than sit underneath a wedding film.
It creates pace, tension, intimacy, energy and emotion.
That's why the soundtrack to your wedding isn't chosen from a handful of songs we repeatedly use.
We select music around the character of the celebration and the story we're trying to tell. A song used for your wedding doesn't simply become the soundtrack to the next.
Your film should sound like it belongs to you, too.

WE WANT YOUR FILM TO AGE WITH YOU.
Wedding filmmaking changes quickly. Styles come and go but your memories shouldn't feel tied to a particular trend.
We keep evolving creatively, but we never let what's fashionable dictate the way your wedding is remembered. Slow motion, movement and editing techniques are used intentionally, only when they add something to the story.
And that story is bigger than the two of you.
It's your parents watching from across the room. Your friends reacting during the speeches. The conversations happening elsewhere. The people you've known for years and the ones who travelled across the world to celebrate with you.
We look for those moments too, especially the ones you may never have seen yourself.
Because years from now, they may become some of the most meaningful parts of your film.
THE WAY WE EDIT
5 MINUTES CAN HOLD AN EXTRAORDINARY AMOUNT OF LIFE.
Film length can be misleading. A longer film doesn't necessarily mean more of your wedding.
Our films are intentionally dense, weaving together expressions, reactions, movement, conversations, details and sound rather than holding on a small number of shots.
A glance across the room. Your guests laughing. A hand under the table. The atmosphere changing as the evening begins.
These small fragments are often what transport you back.

We don't judge a wedding film by its runtime but by how much of the day it brings back.

We're Dan and Valentina, a husband-and-wife team behind Sorci Films.
Our work has taken us across the UK, Europe, the US and beyond, documenting celebrations with a focus on people, atmosphere and the moments that make each wedding entirely its own.
We work closely together, quietly anticipating what is unfolding and preserving it without turning the day into a production.
WE ACCEPT ONLY 10 WEDDINGS EACH YEAR.
Our calendar is intentionally limited so every wedding receives the time, attention and creative space it deserves, from the way we film it to the way the final story is shaped.

SHAPE THE COVERAGE AROUND YOUR DAY.
Real motion-picture film, captured alongside your digital wedding coverage.16mm brings a different texture to the day—organic movement, natural grain and the unmistakable character of analogue film. Each roll is used intentionally across selected moments of your celebration, then professionally developed and scanned before being woven into your finished wedding film..

For celebrations that need a little more time, from earlier preparations to a late-night party or additional wedding events.
£500 per hour
A chronological film of approximately two hours or more, preserving significantly more of the wedding as it happened.
Natural audio, lightly refined footage and the moments that don't necessarily belong in your main Wedding Film but remain part of the story.
An additional perspective allows us to capture more simultaneous moments, guest reactions and parts of the celebration unfolding away from the couple.
The unedited video files captured during your wedding, supplied separately from your finished films.
